CHAKRA BRACELET Chakras represent the seven main energy centres of the body. Starting at the base of the spine and extending towards the crown of the head, these are spirals of energy like wheels throughout the body. The word chakra comes from the Sanskrit word meaning ‘spinning wheel.’ If the chakras are not balanced, it affects our physical and mental health.
