We have about 15 rescued adult cats and older kittens who all urgently need good homes. All of these cats were going to be put down due to no interested in adult shelter cats, so we took them. They are now all looking for their new forever homes. These cats are not spayed or neutered and will only go to new homes with the strict understanding that the new owner will spay or neuter the cats ASAP to avoid increase in the already too big population. Vaccinations to be done by new owner. We have males, females, gingers, black cats, calico kitties, golden oldies, older kittens, long haired and short haired cats! Ages between 6 6 months and 7 years. Some have been rescued as strays, some were unwanted pets, some were hit by a car or brutally abused by children. We have exceptionally tame couch kitties, but also some wild cats who need the extra TLC. Adoption fees apply.

We rescued this sweetheart from an abusive home. I do not want to take him to the spca etc. He deserves a loving home and really wants to be a lapdog. Toby is about 8 months old and we aren't sure how which shots he has had but very healthy and strong dog. He has been dewormed and de-flead. I don't know how he would react to cats but loves our female dog. He I think needs to be the only pet. We have toddlers and he is completely used to them. She loves to play and will run up and down the scratch post with her kitten friends. She loves to explore too and is a very loving kitten. When you pick her up she becomes like a baby and you can cuddle her easily. She was scared when she was just rescued but now she is getting used to daily life inside a house more and enjoying it. She is also slowly getting use to dogs and she loves playing with feather toys and licking your fingers. Smudge is in Bellville and 11 weeks old.

Meet Oliver, as we decided to call him, as this poor boy does not even have a name. Life has not handed Oliver a fair hand. At the tender age of two he finds himself chained in a township. Yes, he was given away by his previous owners to someone in the township!! Oliver is a friendly boy, but not to be homed with cats, free range chickens or birds. Oliver is quite the escape artist so a very secure yard with high walls will be needed. Strict home-check and nominal adoption fee applies (to cover cost for sterilization, vaccination, microchipping, parlour fees etc. which is used to assist other rescued animals in need) and subject to approval. Should you be able to save him and offer him a kind, forever loving home, far away from his life of misery and offer him a kind, safe and loving home, please contact Erma. Megsie was hit by a car and her leg was badly crushed, she was brought in to be put to sleep, but we rescued her as she deserves a chance at a happy life. Her leg was amputated and she has been in rehab, but she is doing so much better now, and she is not the scared little girl we rescued. She loves love, and she loves people. No cats unfortunately. Splodge was rescued with his brother and sister under a wendy house after their mom kept them there fore safety as her previous litter was killed by dogs. We went to rescue them and they are now safe in our care. Splodge is awesome and loves attention and he can play for hours. He loves to cuddle with his foster parents on bed and roll around with toys. He is getting used to a dog too and loves to play with other cats. Splodge is adorable and gorgeous. Sokkies was rescued in Bloekombos, unwanted and abused. This sweet girl has not let this bring her down and is a very friendly chilled out girl who gets along well with dogs and cats. The vet was very impressed with how calm and collected this sweet 5 month old kitten is, she has tested negative for feline leukemia and feline aids, has been sterilised and received her first set of vaccinations. Since then ANIWELL has helped well over a thousand animals (and animal owners) in Grabouw, Eerste Rivier, Goliath Estate, Scottsville and Bloekombos through education, sterilisation, rescue, feeding, assistance with veterinary care, rehoming, behavioural advice and, sadly at times, euthanasia. Our mission is to implement sustainable animal welfare practices in the areas we work in, with a primary focus on sterilisation. We don't have a physical shelter, as we're a group of dedicated volunteers helping animals from disadvantaged areas when and where we can. Every cent raised goes to the animals that we serve.

Zuzah is a true Beauty. She has a wonderful temperament and is good with other cats, dogs and children. She ran away when I moved premises and was rescued by myself and members of DAWG. She has since acclimatised to her surrounding and her true loving spirit is back. Unfortunately and deeply sadly, I cannot keep her here as I am only allowed one cat...her sister.
