MEN'S COURAGE BRACELET   Tiger Eye  lets you see everything.  When worn in jewellery it can bring good luck and protection to the wearer. Roman soldiers wore the stone to provide protection during battle.  It is closely associated with the solar plexus chakra and the golden brown colour combines the energies of heaven and earth thereby lifting our vibrations.  With its ability to increase will power, focus, courage and self confidence, it additionally balances mood swings and releases tension.   The energy of lava stone is direct, powerful, fervent and determined, it is great for those who are indecisive and timid.  The stone is associated with protection, strength and fertility and provides stability in times of change and it is an excellent grounding stone. The word Buddha is a Sanskrit word meaning "The Awakened One".  This means one who is awakened to Reality and who understands true nature of the mind, the world, and all perceptive beings. The Buddha was an Indian prince named Siddhartha, who gave up his throne in order to search for the Truth, to find a way to bring relief to the sufferings of humanity. After many years of diligent practice, he reached Supreme Enlightenment while sitting under a bodhi tree. It was there that he realised that all sentient beings are fundamentally complete and faultless! However, most people do not realize it because of their misbeliefs and desires.      The bracelet's length is approximately 20.3cm and is made of stretch material.   We shall gladly alter the length if you so require. All jewellery by Sacred Stones are hand made.  Sacred Stones pledges that the greatest care is taken to ensure that the gemstones/semi-precious stones that are used in our jewellery are authentic and natural.  We ensure this by obtaining stock from reputable and authorised dealers.  For Sacred Stones, the production of spiritual and holistic jewellery is a labour of love and light and it is important to us to use authentic stones in order to ensure that the desired healing and/or power of the stone is transmitted to the user.

amethyst, Jap Mala, New A beautiful, handmade and traditional mala of 108 richly coloured, 6mm to 7mm  purple Amethyst beads and Guru bead for meditation and japa. Made in India.  In Tibet, Amethyst  is considered sacred to Buddha, possibly due to its ability to activate and balance the 6th Chakra, (Anja Chakra or Third Eye).  Amethyst is said to cure impatience, balance high energy, eliminate chaos, promote clarity and help keep the user grounded. The word 'Mala' means 'Garland'.  Mala beads can be made from wooden beads, seeds, semi-precious or precious stones or gems.  A full size Mala consists of 108 beads.  The number 108 is a sacred, auspicious number in many cultures but particularly in the Hindu tradition.  The number comes from multiplying the 12 astrological houses by the 9 planets.  Each Mala also has a Guru bead, or tassel to remind us of the teachers in our lives.  Traditionally, the mala is held between the thumb and middle finger and as each bead is passed through the finger and thumb, a mantra or god is said silently, quietly or out loud.  The most powerful mantras are said to be those repeated silently in the mind.  This is done until the Guru bead is reached (but not counted), the the Mala is reversed and the process goes on until the Guru bead is reached again.  Repeating a mantra in this way is an excellent way of calming the mind and keeping thought of  'The Divine' (whatever that is for each one of us, whatever culture, religion or belief we hold) in our everyday lives.  Note all products have a 14 day return or exchange guarantee.
