Bilong mixer in excellent condition. Only been used for biltong. This concrete mixer is modified to mix 30kg meat and spices within 15 minutes thoroughly. Put in your vinegar and spices first and run the mixture for a minute or two. Then add your raw meat and run the mixer. This is the easiest way to mix large quantities of biltong quickly.
