Hey I have an available room to rent in Stellenbosch on campus from July this year. It is fully furnished, spacious, has a nice open kitchen that is already fully geared (you don't have to buy any kitchen goods or furniture). The entire flat is very modern and slick. The room has a nice view on campus, once again, bedding, desk and cupboards included. You will be sharing the flat with a male student (second year). He is friendly, relaxed and hard working. There is no specific preference for a male or female renter. Electricity is pay as you go, about R75 per month. Parking is included. We have really fast wifi at a low price. The flat is in a safe area, as there are constantly ADT security in the area. It's a super charming flat and perfect for any student that needs a place to stay during the second semester this year.
