I'm an engineer, I'm employed, I work for two firms and receive two salaries, one every 15th and the other every 25th, so as my landlord it's up to you to choose when you want your rent. I am looking for a place in the northern suburbs only. I'm very articulate about order and cleanliness and keeping relationships professional, I like staying alone and minding my own business and expect nothing less in return. I neither drink nor smoke, but I don't mind if you do. I don't have any pets but I'm pet friendly. I look forward to moving in first of August and have no problem with paying rental and deposit in advance.
