PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER R CTC pm Atlantis   Introduction: A leading manufacturer of guaranteed wooden windows and doors, with a track record that has stood the test of time seeks a Production Team Leader to join their team.   Minimum Requirements: Ø  Grade 12 Ø  National Diploma/ Degree in Production Management Ø  2 – 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment Ø  Knowledge and experience in ISO standards, quality management and planning of production process. Ø  Fluency in Afrikaans and English (Read, write & Speak). Ø  MS Office proficient Ø  Valid code 8 (EB) license with own reliable transport.   Job Overview: This position requires a professional who has a proven track record of leadership, analytical and problem solving skills.  The successful incumbent will be responsible for, among others, the following functions: Ø  Responsible for managing multiple production lines in one factory. Ø  Ensuring skills development of workers is maintained and applied to promote individuals. Ø  Report to the Production Manager.
