PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR IN SOUTH AFRICA
My client in the Mining industry seeks a Procurement Administrator to be based in Mpumalanga. What does your Future look like?? Requirements: -Grade 12 -Diploma / National Certificate or Industry related Qualification relevant to the role -Computer literacy -5 years experience -Administration, including sending out of correspondence and on-site tender system -Prepare monthly figures and spreadsheets regarding savings of the month for Supervisor Procurement -Filing purchase order and requisition with quotation -Follow up on outstanding purchase requisitions -Assist with purchasing and account queries -Purchase order creation and placement with successful suppliers -Telephonic confirmation if order has been received, and if quantity of quotation is correct -Assist in the tender opening procedure and ensure process is followed -Create tender enquiries and arrange site meetings -Liaise with end users regarding specific requirements -Manage internal and external relations, including the interface with external providers responsible to ensure business needs are met and end users are satisfied -Enhance safety awareness throughout working area.
