Ensuring adherence to Absolute Pets Policies and Procedures. Ensuring high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping in store and back areas. Assisting with stock management and ensuring stock rotation. Visual management: keeping merchandise neat and orderly in appearance, and merchandising goods according to guideline principles. Setting up promotional displays and window displays. Highlighting special promotions or competitions to all customers. Operating the POS, including start of the day and cashing up.  Accurate processing of all payments and vouchers/free gifts. Administration, including: stocktaking, ordering, goods receiving, inter-branch transfers, credits and all other necessary transactions. To maintain a high standard of appearance and to wear any uniform provided by the company at all times.
