LOGISTICS INTERN IN PORT ELIZABETH

Grade 12 or Equivalent. National Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management and/or equivalent with a +60% average. Must never have participated in an internship before. Proficient in all MS Office applications. The ability to work as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Effective communication skills. Detailed oriented. Key Performance Areas: Co-Ordinate loading and offloading of vehicles. Manage the delivery of products. Brief and debrief drivers. Track vehicles. Schedule deliveries and/collections to meet customer demands and budgeted targets. Maintain a safe and reliable fleet, equipment and working environment. Maintain customer relations. Complete and maintain operational information. Assist in the managing of cost control. Ensure health and safety rules and regulations at all times.
