This house is situated across the road from the beach with beautiful sea views. Long unspoiled white sand beaches is part of the surroundings, tranquillity rules here. This is the perfect home for family getaways or just a breakaway. House consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms all with showers. Main bedroom is en-suite with his and hers basins and air conditioning system. TV in main bedroom as well and patio door with view of beach. Large lounge and dining room with two flat screens, DSTV available with full bouquet of channels, never miss a game. Fireplace/braai built into dining area with prep bowel next to fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with scullery. Microwaves in and kettles in both kitchen and scullery. Washing machine and tumble dryer in scullery as well, double bowl zinc, plenty of cupboard space for groceries. Double automated garage with plenty of parking outside as well. Very safe area/environment. House is fully alarmed with Armed response only minutes away (never ever needed to use armed response). Definitely won’t be disappointed. About 30 min from Club Mykonos if it is the Casino you fancy. Paternoster is a 20 min drive via the infamous short cut (gravel road) and Veldrift (Port Owen) is a stone’s throw away. Local Spar supplies all your needs so no need to ride into the big town for shopping. Hardware, Liquor Outlets, Pharmacy, Petrol station all within driving distance. Police station also very close and hospital and doctors nearby. House can accommodate 12 people easily. No internet available, but phone networks are quite good in the area. Table tennis board, Dart board, cards, board games are available to use free of charge provided it gets looked after. Very neighbourly area with friendly locals. Good for fishing and paddle skiing, boat launch area in next road, snorkelling a must if you are adventurous enough.
