The au pair must live in the Southern Suburbs as this job involves shift work as both parents are pilots and sometimes their flight shifts are at the same time. The au pair needs to be very flexible but there will be a roster a month ahead. The au pair needs to be loving, caring, organized and totally reliable as the plane cannot be delayed due to the au pair arriving late!!! The au pair will work 3/4 times a week on average with some stand-by days as well. Sometimes it will be over a Saturday/ or Sunday or public holiday all depending on the shift schedule. Sometimes the job will start at 10am and on other days at 4am in the morning. Occasional sleep overs. See to his needs depending on the time of day but keep him in his routine. Feed, bath, read, play, sing and educate as he grows and develops __________________________________________________________________________________ MUST HAVES: -Appropriate childcare experience (experience with 8 months to 3 years) - Childcare References written, typed or handwritten, not just contact numbers. -Drivers license and reliable car ESSENTIAL.
