Includes large water tank with outside tap, x2 220V plugs, deep cycle battery with charger, all connected to blue female caravan plug. On other side of kitchen there are x2 large storage compartments for clothing and shoes, one with hanger rail. There are also x3 220V plugs available. King size bed on top of trailer with x2 ladders for easy access. High quality custom made Cristy Sports extended length tent with enough room to sleep 4. Included is a Oztrail double bunk (as per picture), convertible to 2 single beds. There is a removable awning that can be attached on both side of the tent. Also x2 weather sheets, small and large. The large one (currently attached) gives L-shape cover towards the kitchen area. Lighting, LED and fluorescent, is available through out. Large nose cone for wood or anything else you can think of. Other extras include spare wheel (new), cable with brad harris plug for connection to car, x2 jerrycans and camping shovel. All door rubbers seals have been replaced this year.
