Job description & duties Maintain and develop customers’ IT solutions Maintain MGFX IT infrastructure Assist MGFX Staff to maintain working systems Technical Account Management Manage service process Reporting to Management Minimum Requirements: Matric At least 5 years’ relevant technical experience Strong interest in IT Hardware and Technology Strong knowledge of computer hardware components Good knowledge of: Desktop PC components Networking components Windows operating systems Server operating systems Hardware and software fault-finding Office 365 Security Software Excellent communication skills both written and verbal A charming and persuasive personality An ambitious self-starter with an eye for detail Own vehicle for business use IT Qualifications a real advantage Strong Administration skills a real advantage This position will be highly rewarding for a real "go-getter" personality.
