We are a growing media company  looking for HR Staff  whithin the Direct Business skills and recruitment division. The incumbent will be responsible to implement, manage, maintain and advise on all Human Resources initiatives to meet the company objectives and support to line management. Please note: Once selected, candidate will need to start with the 2 days training program to obtain the skills in the Business skills devellopment,People's skills, Management siklls, Leadership skills, HR and Admin. On a second day, candidate will sign a contract to start with the 14 weeks practical on the job training to obtain the necessary experience required before we appoint you as permanent. After successful completion of the practical on the job training we award you with a valuable Senior Executive Managerial Merit Certificate which is not just given, it is earned! Requirements: ·         Grade or Matric ·         Excellent written and verbal skills ·         Problem solving ·         Building relationships ·         Conflict management Influencing and negotiation Duties: · Responsible for the full recruitment process; drawing up specs, advertising positions, interviewing, regrets, onboarding of successful candidates, complete all HR documentation for payroll purposes, conduct and report all exit interviews etc · Management of effective employee relations through the management of full advising line management on individual cases · Develop and maintain relations with the external and internal staff relations unit to create positive and constructive relationship.
