Trainee General Manager Internship. A boutique hotel in Cape Town, we are looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual with a drive to succeed and progress their career. This is a paid internship for someone with experience of Hospitality in a hotel environment. You must have previous experience and be very capable of running OTA's. Guest relations and good administration skills are a must. Please do not apply if you have no experience in this environment. This is a training post for 6 months with the chance of permanent employment after. You must be smart, presentable an willing to take part in all aspects of this business. From board meetings to helping housekeeping you will need to be very flexible. Sometimes long hours during peak season. However, every 3rd weekend off.
