Good day CAPE TOWN based & launched in July 2015, Home Contents Sales (HCS) specialize in assisting those with second hand furniture & other home, business or estate contents to sell through organised & professionally run contents sales from their homes or premises. I personally have over 8 years experience in selling home contents. Sales since the launch have been slow. I feel the best way to maximise the vast potential of this business is to find agents & give each of them a sizeable chunk of Cape Town to manage. I have the Blaauwberg/Milnerton area & I am looking for agents in 2 areas, Cape Town City Centre/surrounds & the Northern Suburbs. HCS is not a franchise, so you will not have to buy an area* (yes, some T’s & C’s do apply). This can be done part-time & there is NO salary. REQUIREMENTS: Own reliable & presentable vehicle Own cellphone, digital camera & computer (basic computer literacy required) Someone with experience in second hand furniture (dealing or valuations) or a keen interest therein. The focus is on doing sales but even if you don’t, you will also be BUYING & SELLING HOME CONTENTS! - some storage space & some capital is required for that Presentable & good communication skills in English & Afrikaans Must enjoy dealing & interacting with people Ages 32-60 (retired people welcome) Matric Certificate Male or female, must be in good health Must live in or very near to the area you manage Please reply to this ad with a 1 page CV, including street & suburb where you live.
