In an exciting new event for the Work Wear and Corporate Clothing Show attended by Magnum UK, the Professional Clothing Awards combined the show’s prestigious Business Manager Awards with new supplier awards, as well as the SATRA PPE Innovation Awards.The categories took in the whole working garment industry – from products, components and materials, to full uniforms and processes – and entries were evaluated on their practical benefits to the user, the supply chain and the environment. Judging was carried out by a panel of independent experts and all the winners of the Professional Clothing Awards were announced at a spectacular gala dinner and dance at the Work Wear and Corporate Clothing Show on 17th April , at the IBEX Lounge in Coventry’s Ricoh Arena. This year, as to reflect the major growth market of personal protective equipment (PPE), it was for the first time that the Professional Clothing Awards contained the brand new SATRA PPE Innovation awards. This award recognizes the manufacturers of PPE products, components and processes that push boundaries in technical innovation. As SATRA is a world leading technology centre specializing in the research, development and testing of a wide range of products including PPE, for which it is a Notified Body for the EU Directives we are extremely proud that they have awarded the Magnum Brand.
