GOLF CART EZGO ELECTRIC 36 VOLT IN JOHANNESBURG

Golf Cart EZ GO 36V 2 or 3 seats, brand new rear tyres, all 6 Trojan batteries are fine, has tail lights. head lights, indicators, side mirror, lockable battery and motor compartment. The electric motor does not turn, but looks fine. Maybe the wiring is the problem. The Agency wants the cart to be tested at their premises, but I do not have a trailer.
