GENERAL MANAGER ESTIMATING IN WITBANK

We are looking for a General Manager: Estimating who will head up this division for a very prominent Open Cut Mining Company. This Senior position reports to the Managing Director and is on the Company's Executive Committee.The position is accountable for preparing tender submissions for future work whilst providing input into current projects and their profitability. Accurate and comprehensive estimating is required on all jobs. Work closely with Business Development to develop a future work strategy Ability to lead the tender process,deliver requirements on time,ensure necessary plant and manpower requirements in place. Qualifications Relevant Mining or Engineering Qualification. 15 years mining experience of which 10 are in a senior position Mining Contracting experience with extensive knowledge of the Industry and players.
