FULL TIME STAFF MANAGER POSITION AVAILABLE IN SOUTH AFRICA

Must have experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in the bar industry.   Must be able to perform optimally under extreme pressure. Must be presentable, neatly kept and well spoken. Only EE candidates need apply.     Staff Manager must be a strong leader who displays passion in their work. They must possess excellent communication skills, often both written and verbally. They must be assertive, patient, resilient, professional, and well organized. They also must be experts in their company's policies, guidelines and mission, making sure members of their staffs understand them as well. Candidate must also be computer literate.   Training will be provided.   Job description entails:   1.       Contacting staff for various functions. 2.       Signing staff in and out. 3.       Must be on call anytime of the day/night.
