Well established sheet metal plant – Pretoria   URGENTLY NEED 1 x INTERNAL SALES MANAGER Salary: R25k per month   This individual should be: Mature, Hard working, driven, independent and professional at all times     REQUIREMENTS:   A technical sales manager manages the team of technical professionals supporting sales of the company's products, solutions as well as services. He also manages customer situations and designs strategies necessary to maximize customer satisfaction. Apart from that he also develops technical initiatives geared towards improving the effectiveness of the technical team. A technical sales manager assesses rewards and coaches technical sales professionals within the organization. He / she should also provide support to front line sales people overseeing presentations, technical support together with customer presentations. This person must have internal sales experience Must have worked with a team of 5 or more persons under them Must be technically strong as they will be working with drawings on a day to day basis     A MUST HAVE:   Managerial studies Technical studies Own vehicle Willing to relocate if not residing in the area.
