DOUBLECLICK TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

Our client, an international digital marketing company, specialising in digital advertising technologies is seeking a DoubleClick Technical Account Manager. They employ over 140 performance focused specialists internationally, have the know-how to turn data into actionable insights for publishers, advertisers and agencies around the world. Job description A DoubleClick Technical Account Manager is responsible for integrating buy side ad servers with various other products which includes - Adwords, DoubleClick Search and DoubleClick bid manager. A DoubleClick technical account manager will assist team members with product integration as well as advise clients on the best set-ups. Requirements Knowledge and experience 2 – 3 years of experience of Dart for Advertisers (DoubleClick campaign manager) 2 – 3 years of strong knowledge and practical experience in Adwords Knowledge of DoubleClick Search preferable Knowledge on DoubleClick product integration preferable Knowledge of any DSP is preferable Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and Flash Tasks Streamlining DoubleClick stack integration Linking ad servers to DoubleClick Search and DoubleClick bid manager Integrating Adwords with DoubleClick Search Advising campaign managers and clients on best integration solution Documenting activities as well as new releases Providing clients with technical support Troubleshoot any DoubleClick Search/Adwords integration issues as well as booking issues Assisting clients with tech support queries within DoubleClick Bid Manager. Tech support to client when campaigns aren’t delivering Tech support around Bid Manager functionalities Troubleshooting creatives which aren’t serving Projects Documenting new product releases within any DoubleClick product Testing new product releases and distributing this knowledge to the team Assisting team with any given projects Coordinate online campaigns Checks advertising materials on technical issues and completeness Ensuring that creatives are up to specification for any site placement/DSPwhere the creative will run Advising clients on best tech solutions should a creative be faulty Assisting client with pre-testing of creatives/rich media Books the campaigns online in buy side ad servers Manage online campaigns Controls the campaign results periodically and reports the outcome to the clients Ensuring that all campaigns are serving Ensuring that campaigns are serving on the correct inventory Reporting uneven or incorrect data to client Gives advice to clients to improve campaigns This position is based in Cape Town and the salary for the post will be negotiated by the Client.
