I am looking 2 students; preferably female; who are willing to share a double room. The apartment is currently available and it will be given on a first come first serve basis. If you do not wish to share the room, you are welcome to pay the full rental of R5000. There a double bed, but I will arrange 2x single beds if needed, there is a b.i.c a desk. The room has a small balcony where you can chill for fresh air, a DSTV connection (you need your own decoder and DSTV subscription) if needed. There is no internet and no lounge. Available Kitchen to share with the other tenant in the second room. The apartment is close to Liesbeek residence where UCT students can easily catch Jammie shuttle. Walking distance from the Main road and shoprite.
