BUSINESS MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

CORE PURPOSE: To maximise the Branch's profitability by leading the team to attain their full potential and thereby achieve the set business objectives.  SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: A MINIMUM of 5 years in the tyre industry. Relevant management experience. Effective selling, communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills. Sound understanding of management principles. Sound working knowledge of all Admin Systems, particularly the Computer System. QUALIFICATION: Relevant Tertiary qualification: preferably General Management Diploma.
