My housemate is going to Europe for 2 months from 01 July. She needs someone to take her room for that period (July and August) the room costs R7000 but she's willing to subsidise R1000 so the room will be R6000 PM. Alternatively the room will be available for long term rental if we cannot find someone for those months. In that case the room is R6700, parking negotiable. The space is extremely safe and in the centre of town on Orange street in Gardens! It's a 3 bedroom flat with 3 bathrooms. The other housemates are 24 and 27.
