The spacious open-plan living area exits on to a raised patio overlooking the swimming pool and garden. ‘Vivems’ is ideal for both relaxation and entertainment purposes, offering visitors a panoramic sea view to enjoy whilst braaiing outside with family and friends, or the indoor alternative of drinks at the built-in bar and a game of pool. There is parking space alongside the house for two vehicles. ‘Vivems’ is in close proximity to local amenities and services, the nearby Shelly Centre and Southcoast Mall catering for the majority of shopping needs that visitors may have. Shelly Beach is a five minute drive from the house, as are a number of popular restaurants and bars. If necessary, laundry can be washed at one of the local laundromats. Daily servicing of the house can be arranged upon request at visitors’ extra expense.
