WANTED==> IT DESKTOP AND BACKOFFICE SUPPORT ENGINEER/TECHNICIAN     I am URGENTLY searching for a position in the INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY and have the following skills and experience but not limited to:- Installing and troubleshooting Windows 7,Windows Xp.Vista,win2k,98, AS WELL AS NOVELL platforms etc Installing and troubleshooting  MS Office SUITE.-advanced.eg and other application programs Troubleshooting TCP/IP Knowledge of Server Operating Systems – Windows server and Knowledge of Remote Desktop Connection. Knowledge of Exchange Server R2 front/backend end support Knowledge of LOTUS NOTES front end Knowledge of migrations from Goupwise to Outlook Knowledge of Blackberry Enterprise server user setup. Knowledge of of various call log programs eg. REMEDY etc Managing Active Directory, DHCP, DNS Knowledge of installing software patches and Domains. SAP FRONT END GUIS EXPOSURE and support Providing help desk support to user/client-from general to  more complex. Diagnosing and solving hardware and software problems Advise,Planning, and implementing system upgrades and installation. I enjoy working in IT as well as in a team.
