It can be dimmed from 0-100%, via a dimmer knob, without any noticeable shift in color quality. An additional knob allows you to smoothly blend between the daylight and tungsten LEDs. The bi-color lights are perfect for interviews when you may need to warm or cool the light based on your talent's skin tone. The unit comes with a Diffusion Filter which softens the light. The filter has magnets on it, which makes it easy to swap out filters quickly and securely. What makes the Capra 12B truly stand out from the competition are its wide range of power options. Whether in the studio or on-location, you will always have a way to power this unit. The Capra 12B can be powered by a Sony NP-F battery, (6) x AA Batteries, or through its 2.5mm DC Jack. The unit has a 1/4"-20 tap-in on its underside. This allows you to mount the light on the included ball head for use on top of a camera.
