It is a large plastic figurine of a man on a Tricycle with a seat and a roof on the back. It has the branding "Huasheng" and "Sincere Services" printed on the item. When "on", the motor turns the back wheels and a belt connected to the Trikes peddles. The man starts peddling and the Trike moves forwards. 30cm long and 20cm high. Very rare and collectable item Condition The Figurine is in excellent working condition. Not sure if it should have sound. Some minor sun damage.
