Young professional South African Caucasian couple with two children ages 5 and 8 urgently seek a two bedroom unit to make our home. We are both permanently employment professionals working in Ferndale area and would therefore like to be in Sonneglans/Northwold/sundowner or Sharonlea or Ferndale. This is due to the fact that we have a 5 yr old in grade R and an 8 yr old in grade 2 so schools need to be in the nearby vicinity...access to main roads and major shopping centres is a plus but not a necessity. We are looking at a cluster simplex or Townhouse villa/duplex. Please no dodgy areas as we are trying to get out of Windsor East....so nothing similar.
