Join a leading seafood franchising organisation that is growing both locally and internationally as a Sushi Trainer with key aspects of the job being -Matric and a formal Sushi Training qualification is essential. You should also be trained in appropriate health and safety standards related to Sushi making. 2+ years of experience in a similar job, with great presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal). You must also be computer literate and be able to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint really well. You should have HACCP understanding. Apart from being well presented personally, you are also able to present training courses to groups and individuals in a focused and understandable way. You have great writing skills and can put together good training programmes, including documents and presentations. Flexible and self-motivated, able to travel around South Africa and neighbouring countries - up to date drivers licence and passport essential. The job tasks include:Training franchise staff in Sushi preparation and hygiene requirement/standardsTraining franchise management to manage Sushi staffKeeping up to date with Health & Safety requirements and complianceKeeping training manual updated
