They require an au pair for 3 afternoons per week from 1pm to 5pm.  The au pair will assist mom with lifting the children from their school in the neighborhood and taking them to extra murals like gymnastics, Karate and play-dates. Also facilitate homework for the older 2. Otherwise time will be spent doing constructive creative play and just generally having a fun, stress free good time with them. The children play piano and violin so someone who can assist with their practicing would be best prize!!
