Paying tribute to the light lagers popular in German craft breweries, The Bird Lager uses a classic cold fermenting lager yeast during fermentation. The beer is then left to clear and mature at around one to five degrees Celsius for up to six weeks. The result is a light malt, thirst quenching session lager.
