JOB TITLE Sales Telesales / Inbound Consultant Fourways - Health and Fitness Industry Relevant team goals: Achievement of Sales KPI’s: Salary Range: R15000 – R 20000 per month Quarterly Bonus based on Sales performance Working Hours Monday - Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Saturdays 9:00am – 1:00pm, or as per timetable (not more than 1 x ½ Saturday per month. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Assist Sales team to achieve sales targets by: Convert inbound enquires to sales, over the telephone / email/online for commodity sales (1 – 2 items) correct profiling and referral of inbound leads receive via the telephone and email Ensure territory coverage on a scheduled basis through outbound telephone activities Customer Experience - To ensure that client’s experience results in a NPS score of 9/10 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES and ACCOUNTABILITIES: Product knowledge To know the companies product enabling best match to the client’s needs/enquiry Sales. Meeting Telesales consultant GSN code CRM management / SAP Updates From time to time completing outbound phoning campaigns developed with the Sales Manager and Inside Sales Manager Referring leads / opportunities to Sales team Preparation of quotes. Reports Maintain accurate up to date sales pipeline and forecast After Sales Support Maintaining the relationship with the client and assisting them through the After Sales Support process Key performance indicators: (Key result areas) Number of new leads / enquires responded to Number of leads referred Number of sales closed Number of new quotes SKILLS and COMPETENCY LEVELS: Excellent verbal and written Communication skills Exceptional organisational skills Talent for effectively interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization Self motivated to work independently, with team support, to close business Commitment to completing tasks and objectives Good judgement Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times Effectively work with Microsoft office and a database CRM system. Good attitude QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrated experience selling Strong sales skill, including internal reporting Demonstrated experience developing processes to obtain leads through comparison and evaluation of possible sourcing opportunities Expertise in territory management and organization Proven ability to achieve goals Ability to demonstrate ROI and high value add to clients Knowledge of organizing and managing a territory
