KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (MAIN FUNCTIONS) Service Manager Advanced Support and Maintenance PDA System support and application Mobile and remote connectivity management and support. Desktop and Laptop PC support Asset register set-up and maintenance. Server support, maintenance and back-up E-mail maintenance and support AccPac support XPhone systems support Printer Support IT budget IT policies and procedures maintenance and governance QMS Active contribution to improvement of procedures, policies and productivity. System security. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION MCSE/A and A+ RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE Technical: Experience in server, networks and PC maintenance and repairs Computer Skills: Advance Microsoft Excel user Importing of Data via OBDC Report Writing & Automation Technisoft Service Manager Experienced user and advanced knowledge of all aspects of Service Manager Experienced user of Advance Maintenance add-on for Service Manager Experienced user of Technisoft PDA software Experience in installation and set-up of Technisoft PDA software Accpac Working knowledge of Accpac Purchase Order Module Working knowledge of other Accpac modules an advantage Microsoft Office SFI Group is focused on maintenance outsourcing and operates in the major centres.
