TECHNICAL INSPECTOR – TQM IN SOUTH AFRICA

Inspections:  Inspect repairs in process and after repairs. Tests:  Witness and conduct test of repairs in process and after repairs. Non-Conformances:  to reject or return for re-work any item or batch of items which does not pass any inspection or test, and to report any Health and Safety non-conformances. Releases:  To submit list of items ready for inspection to customer representatives and liaise with them before and during customer inspections to ensure timely release of repaired product to Invoicing. Recording:  To record evidence of inspections, tests, non-conformances, rejections and releases and file the records. Investigations:  Investigate Quality and Health and Safety non conformities and issue Quality Reports. Audits:  Assist with and conduct Audits. Training:  Train staff so that they are familiar with the Molapo Quality and Health and Safety Systems.
