My oldest grandchild gave me the name Chappie some 13 years ago and the name has stuck all these years. My sixth grandchild will hopefully keep the tradition. Chappie's Cabs was inspired when my mom, now 85, had to stop driving and I started taking her shopping once per week (her release from the confines of her house). I realized that other old folks would also require a bit of freedom from the confines of their houses/ flats etc. Chappie's Cabs is more than just a taxi service as we will stay with our clients when they go shopping or go to their doctor’s appointments etc. Chappie's Cabs looks forward to being a major role player in making the lives of our senior citizens more bearable. Other services offered will include taking children to and from school, to afternoon extra mural activities to holiday care.
