A minimum stay of 2 nights out of school holidays and a minimum of 4 nights in the school holidays. The house is not serviced but a cleaning service/domestic can be arranged for stays longer than a week. This would be for the tenants account. THE House has 4 en suite bedrooms and 5th bedroom with separate bathroom. Large open plan, double volume lounge area leading into large kitchen with separate scullery and pub/tv area. Open volume living area leading into large catering size kitchen and en suite bedroom on one side and pub/tv area and bedroom with separate bathroom on the other. A Mirrored staircases on each side leading up to 2 large main en suite bedrooms. 2 Main bedrooms with open plan en suite with bath,shower and toilet Outside staircase leading to large loft bedroom with en suite Rental rates 2014- Minimum 2 nights · Fixed R2000 per night for up to 9 people.
