Downstairs is a 2nd 20 sq.m. bedroom with either 2 single beds or a double bed which leads out onto the pool area, a 2nd bathroom with shower, a fully equipped galley kitchen with granite tops and glass tiled walls and an open-plan lounge/diningroom. The lounge overlooks the lake and the diningroom leads out onto a patio overlooking the garden. There is a portable braai and the use of our pedalo to take sunset cruises on the marina. There is safe parking in the grounds behind automated gate and electric fencing. The villa is ideally situated with easy access to the M5 highway - just 4 minutes from Muizenberg beach, a 20 minute drive to the famous V&A Waterfront and a 45 minute drive to the winelands of Stellenbosch. For those who do not enjoy travelling too far, take a day trip on the False Bay coast from Muizenberg to Simonstown where you will find quirky shops and great eateries. No smokers please.
