STRONG MAN COMPETITION IN SOUTH AFRICA

Who is going to be the strongest Man or Woman?  During the King's Mall Christmas Market 12 and 13 December a Strong Man/Woman competition will be held! Do you think you have it to be the strongest man/woman? Many say it is a battle of the mind not the body.... do you agree?
