We have a large bedroom opening up in January in a 3-bedroom flat in upper Vredehoek. The room is spacious and well-lit, opening onto a large shared balcony with views of Table Mountain and the CBD. The building is old but clean, with a newly remodelled kitchen and a great location across from the MyCiti bus stop and down the street from the Spar. Street parking only. The room is available between 9 January through the end of February for now, with the possibility of long-term extension. The other bedrooms are occupied by laid-back young professionals. The flat is fully furnished except for the bedroom; the two white cabinets pictured will be there through the end of February for you to use. The room itself is R4000 per month, plus electricity and Internet.
