It has a large open plan large kitchen, dining and lounge area which leads out onto a lovely patio area which includes a built in braai and lends itself to privacy as it overlooks a green belt area. There is TV in the lounge and wifi is available through a portable router. The main bedroom area has 3 bedroom which can comfortably sleep 5 people with 2 bathrooms. There is another section that has a further 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and can sleep another 4 people. This house is ideal for 2 families. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, has excellent security (alarm, trellidors etc) and is a quick 5 minute walk to the beautiful Sanctuary Beach found along the famous Robberg Beach.
