Storage Instructions Store in a cool dry place below 25ºC. Keep out of the reach of children. Dosage Directions Fat loss: Take 1 softgel capsule three times per day, 30 minutes before meals. CLA is only effective for fat-burning and weight loss, if combined with at least 45 minutes of moderate exercise 3-4 times a week.
