SITE CLERK A construction company in Cape Town is seeking to employ site clerks/site storemans to handle the daily on site activities MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES Conduct physical checks on all workers present, record activity on timesheet and calculate hours accurately for all labourers Ensure that labour requirements are met on site Allocate jobs to workers as per the instruction of the site agent appointed Order supplies from suppliers and arrange for supplies to be delivered (store or on-site) Ensure that materials received is correct with what has been ordered Maintain store administration Conduct daily stock take of materials being used than to what is needed and allowed Complete monthly progress report and submit to site agent Minimise stock holding in store and on site Make out issue note for specific contractor per stand SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Grade 12 Relevant experience within the construction industry Computer literate Good communication skills SALARY R5000- R6000 Should you fit the profile kindly forward your CV to careers@wenzrecruitment.co.za
