SELF CATERING FARM COTTAGES IN SOUTH AFRICA

Muddy Paws Farm is a little hobby herb farm, comprising just under 4 acres, situated on the outskirts of Durban and the valley of Thousand Hills. Two cottages are available for accommodation hire, Lavender and Owl. Fully equipped for self catering, Lavender Cottage is set away from the main house, overlooking the lavender terraces and mini forest area. The cottage has two bedrooms, a lounge / dining area and kitchen. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment over it. An antique fireplace in the lounge will keep you cozy on those cold winter nights, and there is a braai facility for guests' use. The cottage would suit those enjoying a country environment. There are many farm animals, such as Daisy the cow, Eeyore the donkey and Hansie the goat. We have two Great Dane dogs, so dog friendly people only, please ! Rates are charged at R280 per person per night, minimum charge R560 per night (2 nights minimum). Discounted rates for children. One night stays are charged at a minimum of R840 per night for up to 3 people. A second two bed roomed cottage, Owl Cottage, is also available. This cottage is so named as the resident spotted eagle owls and wood owls can be heard calling around it.
