SALES REPRESENTATIVE / NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN SOUTH AFRICA
Sales Representative for well established construction-manufacturing company to service East London, Port Elizabeth and Border Kei are. You will be responsible for New Business Development, ensuring good customer relationships. You will focus on implanting sales and marketing strategies and increasing sales volumes throughout the region. Your role will ensure the contribution towards the sustainable and profitable sales growth of the business and will include the following: § Build sustainable partnerships with customers to retain and attract new business § Understand market trends and product to ensure that customer service levels are met § Handling customer queries to resolve accounts, logistics and product application problems § Supporting and implementing sales and marketing strategies § Ensuring a high standard of market intelligence through networking, customer relationships, PR functions and participation in industry organisations § Ensuring that sales volumes and revenue targets are met or exceeded § Co-ordinating and execution of sales in designated areas To be considered, you will hold the following: § Degree/ND in Sales and Marketing or Technical field § Three to five years sales experience in a technical field Technical knowledge and understanding of concrete/cement products, building, engineering or similar Demonstrated ability to develop new business Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office package Have a code 8 drivers licence Applicants only with the above criteria will be considered.
