A fully furnished single room is available for rent from the 1st of May until the 31st October 2016. Located in a quiet, secure building in picturesque Tamboerskloof with views of the mountain; close to restaurants, public transport and the city center. This spacious apartment has an enclosed balcony off the lounge, fully fitted kitchen and a full bathroom with a washing machine. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, plenty of cupboard space and shelving. The rent includes water, electricity and a domestic cleaner twice a month. Wifi is available. There is plenty of on-street parking as well. A one month deposit will be required along with the first month's rent. I shall be working and traveling abroad for 6 months. My flatmate happens to be my brother, who is a mid-thirties entrepreneur. He is extremely tidy with quite the sense of humor.
