The available room is large, semi-furnished (bed and desk) and has no built in cupboards. We live in a huge sunny 3 bedroom apartment and are looking for a young female professional to share with us. The large apartment which feels more like a house than a flat is on the ground floor and has its own court yard (incl. washing line), garden, dining room, large lounge with working fireplace, fully kitted kitchen, pantry as well as 3 secure parking bays (one of which will be yours to use). The area is quiet, peaceful and secure - we have been living in the apartment for over 4 years and love it. We are two professional girls, aged 31 and 32 and are looking for someone who is considerate, tidy and has a similar weekly routine to ours. We mostly work, gym, cook, read, watch TV or go out for dinner during the week. No smoking in the apartment, party animals and short-term letting need apply. Regrettably, NO COUPLES are allowed to rent the room and there are no pets allowed. Breakdown of monthly costs: Rent: R3 867 Electricity: approx. R250 DSTV: R253 Maid: approx.
