Old school Restaurant Manager required for an upmarket Stellenbosch Restaurant. Must lead from the front by working the floor with the team. Strong wine knowledge. Strong food and wine pairing knowledge. Not an office job. Shift work, weekends, holidays required. Strong work ethic a must. Must be career driven and hungry for growth. Must be strong on training, motivating and mentoring. Must have experience of working in top restaurants with the highest level of service. Must invest in the team.
